Do I need to create an account to enroll?

No, you can also enroll as a guest.

However, creating an account provides additional benefits:

• Updates on new courses, learning materials, and promotions


What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password.


What if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

We can help update your email address or personal information. However, we are unable to modify completed orders or transferred course access.


Are there any currency exchange rates?

All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).

If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate at the time of processing.

However, course access and order details cannot be transferred to a different account after processing.


COURSE ACCESS & DELIVERY

When will I receive access to my course?

Course access is typically granted within 2–5 business days after purchase.

In some cases, access may be provided immediately depending on the program.


How will my course be delivered?

All courses are delivered digitally through:

• Online learning platform access
• Video lessons
• Downloadable learning materials
• Live or scheduled sessions (if applicable)

No physical items will be shipped.


How do I track my order or course access?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with instructions to access your course.

If you do not receive access within 5 business days, please contact support.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount or promotional code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I request a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

There are no physical return shipping fees since all services are digital.
